EU Commission President VON DER LEYEN said a maritime unmanned drone arrived at
Constanta port today, calling it a direct consequence of Russia's war on
Ukraine. She warned the threat is increasingly affecting countries on Europe's
eastern border and said the response must match the urgency. Europe is making
large-scale investments in counter-drone capabilities, air-defence systems and
early-warning networks.
