Wuxi municipal party secretary Du Xiaogang chaired a city meeting on June 6 on
integrated circuits (AI) industry development. The city directed concentrated
project support across design, manufacturing, packaging & testing, and equipment
and materials, prioritizing frontier tracks including AIDC and Token. Officials
will compile tiered, categorized project lists, establish formal promotion
mechanisms, and intensify regular monitoring, linked services and targeted
support for key and benchmark projects. Wuxi will deepen coordination with
listed companies, industry leaders, research institutes and investment firms to
align with industry trends and accelerate deployment of quality incremental
projects.
