The Israel Defense Forces said on the 6th that two soldiers recently died while
operating in southern Lebanon. A captain wounded in a Hezbollah drone strike on
the night of the 4th died in hospital on the morning of the 6th. Separately, a
soldier died on the 5th from an apparent accidental weapons discharge while on
duty in southern Lebanon.
