A shooting in Toledo, Ohio injured 12 people, two critically, authorities said.
Deputy Police Chief Joe Heffernan said preliminary probes indicate there may
have been two shooters who were likely firing at each other; no suspects are in
custody. Police are conducting a manhunt and have urged the public to avoid the
area; Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz said all those shots are expected to survive.
