Jordan said on the 8th (local time) multiple missiles entered its airspace,
prompting activation of air‑defence alerts and the issuance of safety guidance
to residents. Government spokesman Mohammad Momani said the armed forces are
monitoring the situation, have mobilized forces and warned they will not allow
Jordanian territory to be used as a battleground. Authorities reported missile
debris fell in the Dhnaybeh area of the northern city of Ramtha, striking a
residential yard and damaging several homes; no injuries were reported and
losses were confined to property. Security forces have sealed the site and are
conducting on‑scene handling.
