China's Taiwan Affairs Office said on June 8 the Quanzhou-Kinmen 'Mini Three
Links' passenger ferry marked its 20th anniversary. The route, which began
service on June 8, 2006, has safely carried over 1.6 million passengers, the
office said, serving as a key short-haul channel for Fujian–Taiwan
people-to-people exchanges including family visits, roots-seeking, work and
tourism.
