YONHAP reports South Korea's KOSPI fell for two sessions after negative US
equity cues and a semiconductor rout. Over that period, overdraft balances at
major commercial banks rose by more than KRW 600 billion (about CNY 2.67 bln).
Analysts say retail investors, anticipating a rebound after the sell-off, have
used overdrafts to finance buy-the-dip positions.
