Benefiting from global AI infrastructure build-out, TSMC reported May revenue of NT$416.98bn (USD13.2bn), up about 30% YoY. April–May combined revenue rose roughly 24% YoY. Analysts expect Q2 sales to increase about 35%. Chairman C.C. Wei said earlier this month global chip supply will be unable to meet demand for years. In April TSMC raised its full-year sales guidance and said capex will trend toward the top of its current range, with 2026 capex potentially reaching up to USD56bn.
