Three Mississippi residents filed a federal class action representing more than 10,000 people against ELON MUSK’s SpaceX and newly merged XAI, alleging a power plant supplying a data center has produced sustained excessive noise. Court filings published on the 9th say plaintiffs accuse the companies of failing to curb the noise, causing mental distress and property devaluation, and seek damages.
