China A-share semiconductor sector opened sharply higher; Juguang Technology hit the daily limit-up and Jiangfeng Electronics rose over 12%, with other chips names also advancing. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the AI+ICT Innovation Development Implementation Opinions (2026–2028), calling for strengthened R&D on high-end optoelectronic chips and devices and pilot trials of optoelectronic hybrid networking technologies.
