Daotong Technology said it has refuted several recent online rumors and has
begun full-network evidence preservation, vowing to pursue legal action against
those spreading false information. The company said employee shareholding
platform Henan Dahe was deregistered in 2021 and that the circulated “tax issue”
platform partners’ personal income tax concerns, not the company’s tax burden,
and will not affect Daotong’s operations or financial statements. Daotong also
denied any large share sales by the platform’s partners and said production and
business activities are proceeding normally with overall performance steady.
