Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Baghaei said on the 11th that proposals in
the Iran-US agreement is speculative and Iran has not reached a final
conclusion. He said US actions have made the Strait of Hormuz less secure; Qatar
and Pakistan are actively mediating but US moves have affected the diplomatic
process. Baghaei said Tehran has been clear on negotiation progress, that most
of the draft text is complete, the US keeps changing its position, and Iran will
not compromise on matters it has designated as "red lines".
