Tokenization of real-world assets (RWA) has grown recently. Some illicit actors
are using "financial innovation" and "tech dividend" as cover, exploiting hype
and buzzwords to carry out illegal fundraising, fraud, pyramid schemes, money
laundering and unauthorized business operations, disrupting economic and
financial order and endangering public property.
