The Asset Management Association of China (AMAC) issued guidelines limiting fund managers to no more than 12 active updates of a thematic investment/style library per calendar year. Passive updates, including changes solely to remove securities, are exempt from the cap. Fund managers may agree with custodians on periodic or ad‑hoc update schedules and other passive update scenarios.
