On the 13th the IDF Arabic-language spokesman posted a social-media evacuation order warning of imminent airstrikes and directing residents of 20 Lebanese areas to move north of the Zahrani River. The IDF accused HEZBOLLAH of violating a ceasefire and said it was "forced" to take strong action. Air-raid sirens sounded in parts of northern Israel on the 12th-13th, and the Israeli Air Force said it intercepted hostile airborne objects repeatedly crossing from Lebanon into Israel.
