PENTAGON on June 12 released a third batch of files related to aliens, extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) and unidentified flying objects (UFOs), comprising 72 previously classified videos, images, audio recordings and documents. A 2024 video shot in the U.S. Northeast shows a witness-described plasma-like sphere hovering above a pond, with intermittent changes in shape and brightness and occasional splitting of the main light into smaller points; the object disappeared after about 45 minutes. A 2025 video shows two red lights moving synchronously midair, silent and steady; a witness said the lights appeared to merge as they left view.
