Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia plant nuclear said on the 13th that Ukrainian
forces struck the plant’s transport workshop, damaging three vehicles—two fully
burned—and damaging refueling equipment and workshop windows. The plant said
systems are operating normally and radiation remains at natural background
levels. Ukraine had no immediate comment.
