Axios reports senior technical staff from ANTHROPIC have arrived in Washington
to meet WHITE HOUSE officials to resolve a dispute that prompted the company to
take its top models offline. The Trump administration imposed last week
comprehensive export controls on ANTHROPIC’s most powerful models, Mythos and
Fable, citing security concerns. Sources say ANTHROPIC has held online meetings
with WHITE HOUSE officials since the government first contacted the company last
Friday; both sides are said to be eager to resolve the issue.
