Italy's Prime Minister Meloni said Italy's position is clear: Iran must not
possess nuclear weapons and freedom of navigation must be ensured. She said
Italy stands ready, with partners and subject to necessary parliamentary
authorization, to contribute international naval forces to support the full
reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
