CIC Zhaoshi Consulting's Autonomous Driving Blue Book — Urban NOA says China's
NEV penetration reached 54% in 2025 and Momenta held a 65% share of the
third‑party urban NOA supplier market from March 2025–February 2026. The report
projects urban NOA solution penetration to rise from 11% in 2025 to 62% by 2030,
citing higher NEV adoption, accelerated deployment of end‑to‑end stacks and
world models, and OEMs equipping more models with high‑level driver‑assist as
standard. It forecasts penetration by vehicle price band to jump over five
years: CNY100k–200k from 3.8% to 62.7%, CNY200k–400k from 27.2% to 97.0%, and
>CNY400k from 29.6% to 89.8% by 2030.
