Syria’s interim government Interior Ministry said on the 15th that security
forces in Raqqa province foiled an Islamic State suicide attack targeting a
security command center in Raqqa city. Forces engaged two suicide attackers,
killing one; the second detonated after being surrounded, killing one security
officer and wounding three.
