Nanjing University said Professor Tan Hairen’s team, together with the RenShuo
Photonics industrialization research team and Professor Wang Yuanyuan’s
chemistry group at Nanjing University, developed a large-area all‑perovskite
tandem photovoltaic module that achieved a Japan Electrical Safety and
Environment Technology Laboratory (JET)‑certified power conversion efficiency of
26.2%, a world record.
