SK Hynix said on the 17th it will eliminate all formal degree requirements and
launch rolling recruitment for entry-level technical roles. The company said
future hires will be chosen on demonstrated job skills and growth potential
rather than academic credentials; previous postings requiring a four‑year
bachelor’s degree have been withdrawn. Applicants whose experience, role
capabilities and cultural fit meet job criteria may apply regardless of
educational background.
