Nordea chief analyst Torbjorn Isaksson says the Riksbank has signaled roughly a 50% chance of a 25bp hike in H2, but current low inflation and a stable krona point to no move. The bank left the policy rate at 1.75% on Wednesday and reiterated it stands ready to act if necessary. Nordea said Middle East risks remain but recent events and lower oil prices have reduced inflationary pressure. Nordea maintains a forecast that the policy rate will stay at 1.75% for the remainder of 2026.
