Shangwei New Materials' unit Qiyuan Robotics will open offline retail experience
stores in Shanghai and Shenzhen to provide in-person demos of consumer-grade
humanoid robots. Reports say the Shenzhen site — billed as the brand's first in
Asia — is under fit-out and has exterior hoardings in place.
