Carson Group chief market strategist Ryan Detrick said Waller's first meeting he
chaired produced little market reaction. Markets see inf clearly picking up
while the economy remains resilient, reinforcing that rate cuts are unlikely
this year. The open question is whether the Fed will hike again or remain on
pause for the rest of the year.
