On June 18 CHINA STATE PLANNER spokesperson Li Chao said nationwide integrated
computing-power network construction is accelerating amid rapid AI development.
As of end-March China’s intelligent computing capacity reached 1.882 million P,
about 2.5x the year-earlier level, and is expected to keep growing rapidly. In
the build-out market forces will play a decisive role; the agency will
coordinate with relevant departments to strengthen overall planning and policy
guidance.
