Aberdeen deputy chief economist Luke Bartholomew said the Bank of England is
likely to avoid the type of tightening the ECB has begun and the Fed signaled
it may pursue. He said two members voting for a rate rise indicate some
policymakers remain concerned about potential inflationary pressure.
