At the 2026 Lujiazui Forum, China Great Wall Asset Management, Bank of China,
China CITIC Financial Assets, China Orient Asset Management and Shanghai Guotou
signed a framework to jointly build a sci‑tech finance ecosystem. The parties
said they will coordinate to deploy capital on the order of tens of billions of
yuan during the 15th Five‑Year Plan to support Shanghai’s integrated circuits,
artificial intelligence and biomedicine industries. The pact proposes a
national‑first integrated model combining innovation/venture equity investment,
bank comprehensive service support and AMC‑led capital revitalization to
position Shanghai as a global benchmark for sci‑tech finance.
