Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesman for the Iranian parliament’s National Security and
Foreign Policy Committee, said in an interview that a Lebanon ceasefire is a red
line Iran will not concede. He said Iran does not trust the United States and
will not normalize relations, views Washington as hostile, and is preparing for
a possible new war while also pursuing negotiations and diplomatic options.
