The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said US domestic turmoil, fatigued and
underprepared US forces, lack of a military solution in the Strait of Hormuz,
congressional obstruction, allied non-cooperation and international pressure
including from Spain are the primary factors keeping the US and Israel's
adversaries locked in a stalemate during a third war.
