Beijing, June 17, 2026 — The China Academy of Information and Communications
Technology (CAICT) opened a compute‑power–power coordination joint verification
base to provide routine validation for deeper integration of the national
integrated computing network and China’s new power system. The facility groups
four core capabilities: a full‑scenario testing platform for structured,
controlled trials of data‑center green‑power direct connection,
source–grid–load–storage integration, DC supply systems, new transformers and
other emerging technologies and equipment; a simulation sandbox offering digital
replicas of typical compute‑power coordination business scenarios to test load
forecasting, coordinated dispatch strategies and virtual power plant operations;
a trusted compute‑power data platform aggregating test and simulation data to
enable end‑to‑end evidentiary recording and traceability; and an industry
incubation space to speed intellectual‑property conversion and commercial
deployment.
