June 23 — As PCB stocks plunged, market chatter that NVIDIA had demanded a 10%
price cut from PCB suppliers and that Shenghong Technology’s capacity expansion
delayed Rubin platform shipments circulated. Multiple PCB manufacturers and
market sources told reporters these claims are materially exaggerated and
misread; the assertion that Shenghong caused Rubin delays lacks industry logic.
Separately, foreign bank JEFFERIES said the Kyber backplane PCB rollout
originally planned for 2027 may slip to 2028, reviving debate over the timing of
AI-related PCB demand.
