Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun said at a regular briefing that the 17th
Summer Davos Forum in Dalian, themed on scaled-up innovation, drew strong praise
for Chinese innovation and participant optimism about a “China Opportunity 2.0”
and calls for deeper innovation cooperation. Guo said China will further widen
market access, continue to build a first-class business environment and welcomes
foreign companies to invest and share China’s development opportunities.
