Deputy Foreign Minister Garibabadi said on the 24th while in Switzerland that
Iran did not meet with IAEA Director General GROSSI despite his request and has
no plans to permit IAEA access to the attacked nuclear facility or nuclear
material. He said such access would only be considered within a final agreement
and only after the other side takes concrete steps to lift all sanctions.
