founder He Xiaopeng as head of the robotics center; He will also serve
concurrently as head of the product department and will receive direct reports
from department leaders. Key reporting executives include Gu Jie (Embodied
Systems Engineering), Liu Xianming (General Platform — virtual) and Yu Tao
(Brand Marketing — acting). The nine subdepartments are: Product; Embodied
Systems Engineering; Controls and Safety Development; Embodied Intelligence;
Data Closed‑loop; General Platform (virtual); Product Matrix (virtual); Brand
Marketing; and Project Management.
