The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said on June 26 that a Singapore-flagged container vessel, Chang Yue, suffered minor damage on June 25 after being struck by an unidentified projectile in the Strait of Hormuz. The impact hit the wheelhouse area as the vessel was departing the strait. All 21 crew are safe; there are no Singapore nationals aboard. The ship has transited the Strait of Hormuz and is continuing its voyage.
