He said he had briefed Baghdad on recent outcomes of the war imposed on Iran and progress on a memorandum of understanding with the US. Araghchi said Iran bears sole responsibility for the waterway and that, once all obstacles are cleared, full transit capacity will be restored; any interference or unilateral action by other parties or countries would worsen the situation and delay reopening.
