SK Hynix said financing for new factory construction will primarily rely on
operating cash flow and the company will flexibly adjust financing scale and
timing to market conditions. It is exploring multiple financing options,
including partnerships with global partners, and said factory sites outside
South Korea that meet its criteria may be considered. The company plans phased
cleanroom construction and staggered production ramps.
