President Trump said the Supreme Court ordered a lawsuit over Fed governor
COOK's qualifications to a lower court on procedural grounds. He said he will
take immediate, appropriate action to ensure individuals he says committed
misconduct do not continue making decisions on matters affecting the welfare of
the United States.
