Sources say SK Hynix's recent long-term supply agreements (LTAs) with customers
use a no-price-cap structure, differing from rivals. The approach breaks the
traditional pricing model for semiconductor memory LTAs and could allow SK Hynix
to capture upside during supply tightness that capped contracts would miss.
