US rates strategists Ira Jersey and Will Hoffman say the new Fed chair is likely
to stick to his prior script tonight, remaining non-committal on the rate path
and the Fed's reaction function. Although this is his first major public
appearance since taking office, they would be surprised if he departs from
remarks made two weeks ago.
