Fifty percent of tasks are delivered within 6 seconds, 90% within 10 seconds, and performance variability is contained within 20%. The project plans to link with Zhangjiakou and Ulanqab green‑power bases to form a Jing‑Jin‑Ji integrated compute cluster, targeting a long‑run daily capacity of 10 trillion tokens.
