signed last month to end the conflict included lifting a blockade on Iranian
ports and easing some oil sanctions; Trump said the funds should finance food
purchases, not rebuild Iran's military. Iran's central bank governor told TASNIM
NEWS last month there is "no obligation" for Iran to buy agricultural inputs
from the US.
