Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney: An agreement has been reached with Alberta that the optimal route for the new pipeline is southward through the Transmountain Corridor to the Pacific coast. The Canadian government, Alberta, and the Oil Sands Alliance have agreed on the terms for launching the "Route Project."
