DJI filed patent suits several weeks ago in multiple Chinese courts alleging
Yingshi’s Luna-series gimbal cameras infringe DJI patents; one case is scheduled
for hearing. Yingshi began selling the Luna gimbal camera in the US on June 9
and has since rolled it out in China and other markets. DJI is seeking
injunctive relief to immediately halt alleged infringing acts — including
manufacture, sale and offers to sell the accused products — and is pursuing
damages for economic loss and enforcement costs. Sources said DJI is determined
to enforce its rights.
