The National Data Administration issued the Guidelines for Data Property
Registration (Trial) to promote secure, compliant and efficient data circulation
and use. The national data management authority will oversee nationwide data
property registration, including establishing a unified national registration
regime, guiding and supervising registration activities, and building and
operating a national data property registration service system. The service
system will aggregate registration records and provide nationwide public
disclosure, query and verification services and support registrar management.
