Ministry of Agriculture monitoring of 500 county markets and collection points shows national live hog price averaged 10.48 yuan/kg in the week of Jul 1 (Jun 29–Jul 5), up 4.2% WoW; pork market price averaged 19.82 yuan/kg, up 1.0% WoW. Monitoring of 200 wholesale markets put national pork wholesale average at 14.50 yuan/kg, up 1.2% WoW and down 28.9% YoY. Citigroup raised its price target on TSMC to NT$3,800 from NT$2,875. The bank says TSMC, due to report Q2 results in mid-July, may further lift 2026 revenue guidance on sustained demand for leading‑edge chips and improved long‑term visibility. Citigroup highlights TSMC's scale advantage as a key differentiator supporting wafer pricing, customer stickiness and sustainable gross margins amid intensifying foundry competition. The bank adds TSMC remains a primary beneficiary of ongoing AI semiconductor demand regardless of client mix.
