Iran's Foreign Ministry: All countries, especially neighboring countries on the southern shore of the Persian Gulf, have an obligation under international law to prevent aggressors from using their territory and facilities to carry out acts of aggression against Iran. We reiterate that any act that assists in the commission of aggression against Iran constitutes conspiracy and participation in such a crime.
