Since the lifting of the blockade, Iran has been able to sell its extracted 100 million barrels of oil at a fairly good price (approximately $65-70 per barrel). This would allow Iranian authorities to earn approximately $4 billion. 3. Only by reinstating the US naval blockade can Iran's oil sales be stopped.
